Diamonds are forever, but some diamonds aren’t! The Museum of Natural History has just finished studying an ancient Egyptian tomb found in the Valley of Kings. Rumors have spread around the world about what they found inside… However, these rumors were not based on any facts. That is, until now. After further study of the tomb and its contents, experts claim to have discovered a diamond ring with an inscription engraved upon it. The ring itself is said to be worth more than even five million dollars ;It’s a very worth ring however, there’s only one small problem – no one knows for sure whose ring this is supposed to be or where it came from!
European and Middle Eastern experts have come together to try and figure out which of the three possible people may have worn this ring in their lifetime. Because of its inscription, they believe that this might be a signet ring – similar to the one’s seen in many Egyptian paintings and sculptures – rather than a wedding band like most rings from ancient Egypt was thought to be… This means if it is a signet ring, there’s only one person it could belong to, Queen Nefertiti! To determine whether or not that’s true, scientists will need further study of the tomb where it was found and search for more clues within.
A well-known jeweler from London says he studied one of his rings, which he believes had origins in Egypt, when he discovered something very peculiar. The ring seems to have an inscription on it that reads, “I love you.” His granddaughter sent this image was sent to him by his granddaughter, who found it while she was doing some research online. She typed in some keywords, and this picture randomly popped up without any explanation whatsoever.
